How much does a setup cost?
Each celebration is quoted individually based on your requested decor, location, setup needs and custom details. Share your budget in the inquiry so we can discuss what’s possible.
Can I choose colors and wording?
Absolutely. Include your preferred palette, balloon wording and personal touches in your request. Specific colors and decor are subject to availability.
Can you accommodate a last-minute surprise?
Send your date and timing and we’ll review availability. Rush preparation, custom sourcing, travel and parking may affect your quote; any charges will be discussed before you book.
Does submitting the form reserve my date?
An inquiry starts the conversation. Your date is reserved only after availability, your quote and the booking requirements have been confirmed directly.
What about hotel or venue access?
Please check the venue’s decorating rules and arrange authorized access before setup. We’ll coordinate the arrival and reveal times with you during booking.
